we have tried to make prime rib a couple of times. The first time we were told to cook it at 500 degrees for about 20 minutes and never open the oven door to
check it until a certain time passed. It was red and bloody inside. The second time we tried a recipe where it said 325 degrees oven, bake it 20 minutes for
every pound it is. It came out dry. Believe it or not, the family wants prime rib for Christmas. Can someone help me please?

I've been making my own pizzas from scratch recently and they are delicious. I'm looking for ideas to make a better dough. I've been activating a
yeast packet in sugar water then mixing in several cups of flour and letting it rise at room temp for a bit. It turns out alright, but I'd like to get a
softer, bread like crust almost like a Digorno self rising type. Any tips on how to get this to happen?

Also if anyone has a great sauce recipe I'm all ears.

Thanksgiving is maybe the best holiday - football, food, and not too fussy-

Every year I smoke a turkey for Thansgiving - it's delicious day-of and makes great leftovers! My method is simple - rub the bird with olive oil and baste
a few times with a fairly simple wine-based sauce I prepare on the stove - then smoke with alder or hickory in the charcoal unit. But it would be nice to do
something a little different this year - any suggestions?

I only breast out the ducks I shoot as it is easiest. I take the breasts and remove as much of the blood/coagulated blood from getting shot up, as I can. I
