I for one am not the least bit surprised that there are people engaging in this type of illegal activity. Birds of a feather. Hang around long enough on the square and you'll see more of these support type activities springing up. Jackwagons run amok.

You may not like the content and it may turn out to be false, but it's not irrelevant to the conversations taking place on the poli sci board over the last few days. It may not support your side of the debate, but that doesn't make it untrue or irrelevant.

However, such notes are not necessarily fraudulent, depending on what the note said and how it was dated. A "consultation" or "evaluation" need not take place in a physician's office and need not result in a bill, although physicians could get in trouble with their employer for providing free service, but if it isn't using employer-provided resources (office, staff, etc.) there may not be an issue. Anyone who has worked in HR has seen physician's notes that are as bad or worse than the one shown. Depending on work rules and how hard they want to push it, they could ask for a copy of the backup documents and then there could be issues. Saw it now. Thanx. BTW, if you quote me, the least you can do is answer the dang question in the dang box. It was asked of everyone..and you count as part of everyone! Lying/misrep: Well, something was deleted by Southfew. Based on MU's past, i'd guess he crossed a line again. More to the point, his talk of lying/mis/etc. rings hollow when he is a lie himself. And, you are actually misrepresenting what myles said.....he asked when MU would cross the line and get banned again. He isn't advocating banning him, well, at least not in this thread.
