I can assure you that the many letters, documents and proposals I put out to Clients are in good order. I just don't care that much about the simple typo/spelling errors on here.

I do currently have an industry specific invite for a grad level class at the Wharton School of Business though. That should give me some bragging rights

And, anyone that uses it is a dumbass, generally. And, to even suggest that it is ok to use in most settings just shows how foolish you are. It is pretty fucking obvious you are still in school, but i guaranfuckingtee you that just about anybody on this board that found someone using it in a business setting would be mocked and would question their schooling/intellect.And, there are plenty of legit grammar arguments against it.2. Did you play CB, cause you are really good at backpedaling. You questioned the reasoning. The reasoning is fine. It is you that isn't.Let me give you a hint. There are many attys on this board. Not one is supporting your viewpoint or argument regarding the law. Sit down, be quiet, and listen to those who know and understand the law better than you: Myles, Rye, Timster, Monsignor, Blab, etc.

They are both colloquialisms. Funny that you use it in the same sentence you bash my use of one in writing. Both you and Myles are dipshits if you think it isn't perfectly fine to use colloquialisms in informal writing. Also, I'm not sure "guaranfuckingtee" is a word either, but who am I to judge?Could someone give me a scenario in which repeatedly bashing someone's head on the ground would be necessary and proportionate? Remember, there were reportedly no signs of a struggle on Martin...This is the only one I can think of: Zimmerman confronts Martin and immediately pulls his gun. Somehow Martin advances the distance needed toward Zimmerman to reach him with a punch. This happens with a gun drawn on him and Zimmerman not firing a shot.....plausible.

Honestly I don't think it would be too much of a benefit to what I do. Although it might be pretty cool. And I would have something to say on here when the "enlightened" UW grads make fun of me, haha.
