My condolences.
People that don't have pets sometimes just don't get it when they pass on. They become part of the family. Emotionally, it's about how much you put into them. When they pass on, they take that much out of you. |

Sorry for your loss Puckem. As you may know I lost a dog tragically last winter and sharing here really helped.
I had 3 dogs growing up all who made it to 15 years old. Putting them down still troubles me to this day. I tell our new dog about all of her "sisters" all the time. You were lucky to have Bosun and he was lucky to have you. |
