Cannibal Sandwich.
Grind up high quality beef (cut of your choice). I prefer to double or triple grind it to make it nice and creamy/smooth. Rye Bread. Raw Onion. Salt Pepper. Put ground beef on rye bread, put onion on beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Delicious. |

Roasted almonds (ten minutes at 350, stir once).
Place minced rosemary, red pepper flakes, a little olive oil and salt (minced garlic optional) in a bowl. Pour hot almonds in bowl as soon as they are removed from the oven, stir and eat. Delicious and very easy. |

I'm with 76 on this one. Simple apps for Turkey day: cheese and crackers, or brie and baguettes, maybe some sausage, or some apples or other fruit that go
with the cheese.
Don't need much. Have lots of wine and beer available, however.
Bless the Badgers.
