Retired Lt. Gen. William Odom called on Pres. Bush to sign the Iraq funding bill that sets a withdrawal deadline. He also had a stinging indictment of Bush's handling of the war:
Odom isn't some far-left crackpot, either: "Odom...served as the Army's top intelligence officer and headed the National Security Agency during the Reagan administration."
