Myles, by that you mean that you split the bottom side and then skewer it, I assume?

Just saw this thread. I would broil them after cutting the shell and pulling the meat up and fluffing it over the shell. Drizzle butter on meat, sprinkle paprika and broil 2 " under element for 8 mins or so until the meat is opaque. Do not overcook, what a tragedy to slay a perfect tail of splendor. Undercook and put back if necessary, baste 1 time with more butter. YUM

UW needs only 1 WATT to light up Terrell Pryor!
