Anybody knows that. Especially those darlin' womenfolk.

Anybody knows that. Especially those darlin' womenfolk.Obama essentially adopted the comments by saying that Michelle did not have the luxury of not working, so we know how he really feels about those entitled, rich stay at home moms! I'd say the leader of the country putting down any woman who chooses to stay home and care for her children establishes a certain lack of respect. Don't worry, Fran and Myles, women can still get the pill, condoms are readily available, and abortions plentiful! Yay for women's rights!

Blissfully Disinterested

This was the deal when we got married, and it's a luxury that I feel fortunate that we can afford. But, unlike Republicans, I recognize that I've had some breaks in my life and don't feel that everyone had the same opportunities I've had (such as being absolutely brilliant .) I don't think Rosen was questioning her decision, she was saying that not everyone has that option and those who do probably can't relate to those who don't. Is that really that controversial given Romney's repeated out-of-touch comments? All of that being said, it's patently ridiculous to pretend that these are somehow the remarks of the Democratic Party or the Obama campaign. http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/OTUS/ann-romney-defends-stay-home-mom-status/story?id=16124396&page=2#.T4cQXlH-_tA "Michelle Obama added her voice to the debate Wednesday as well, tweeting, "Every mother works hard, and every woman deserves to be respected -mo."" "White House spokesman Jay Carney refuted the claim that Rosen was a frequent visitor at the White House."I do not know how many times she's been here," Carney said Wednesday at the daily press briefing. "I have not seen her here very recently."Carney said he personally knows three people named Hilary Rosen, and is "not sure" if the White House records showing her visits "represent the person we're talking about." "DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida condemned Rosen's remarks via Twitter today, writing "Disappointed in @hilaryr 's comments. As a mother of 3 there's no doubt that raising children is work."" "Two top Obama campaign advisors tweeted Tuesday night that her comments were "wrong" and "offensive" and Democratic National Committee Executive Director Patrick Gaspard went on MSNBC Wednesday morning to specify that Rosen is "not an adviser to the DNC or the Obama campaign. Obama campaign manager Jim Messina called for Rosen to apologize, tweeting that "family should be off limits."
