I just took issue that ryebadger stated that Martin legally defended himself when we don't know whether he did or not. But you keep on believing that if someone gets in your face you can justifiably beat the shit out of them. I'm sure that argument would work fantastically when you are pleading self defense in front of a jury on assault and battery charges...

They are also legal justification for Martin to throw the first punch. However, one would have to understand the legal definition of assault, a concept well above both your pay grade as well as your apparent educational capacities. Stick to your dayjob and continue to provide us with clear and convincing evidence that you are biased. Some of us who are familiar with your body of work on this board already knew this beyond any reasonable doubt. Your entire argument hinges on your subjective belief that Zimmerman did nothing more than "follow" Martin or "get in his face", and that Martin would never use his fists if he knew Zimmerman had a gun. The first premise has not been proven at all, and the second is nothing more than an opinion that has likely been disproven in the real world hundreds of times. So please stop trying to address a perceived factual liberty (one I already told you was taken for the purposes of a hypothetical only) with a slew of factual liberties of your own. It's amazing to me that after conducting an in depth investigation for several weeks the special prosecutor isn't able to see this as cut and dried as Bobadger can. Maybe you are able to think it through so clearly because your mind is less cluttered by all the facts she is burdened by? Have you considered writing her a letter and offering your services? If Zimmermans lawyer isn't a wuss and pleas out, Zimmy is gonna walk like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever. You guys can make up a bunch of plausible scenarios, of course, that is idiotic. The DA has the evidence, they don't need 10 plausible scenarios, they had what they needed to conclude that Zimmy stood his ground. We all know the left needs this to be an issue, that standing your ground is an outrageous concept. Well, its the law and Zimmerman acted within these parameters. Why act so outraged when the DA did its job and found no evidence to conclude that Zimmerman acted as the attacker? I'm satisfied with the law and the conlcusion of the original investigation. Now we have to waste money on a second investigation to prove 10 not very plausible scenarios floated by the left are just a bunch of hot air. Lets enjoy the investigation and let the pro's do their work. We can always come back in a year and waste time explaining how you guys were dead wrong the whole time. As I suspected, progressives have a Koch Fetish.
