"this thread" isn't enough? I can't elaborate. I have been drinking and cheering on the Kings! Do you think Luongo is any good at golf?

Ha, I wish I was going golfing somewhere this week.So you don't agree that the force used in self defense must be in kind with the threat/force used against you? There is not a reasonable or plausible scenario that Martin's punch in the face and bashing the head into the ground would be justifiable as self defense if those were the first acts of physical violence in the confrontation. I haven't heard a reasonable and plausible scenario yet, but I guess it doesn't really matter because we don't know whether Zimmerman or Martin was the first to get physical, physical. I just took issue that ryebadger stated that Martin legally defended himself when we don't know whether he did or not.But you keep on believing that if someone gets in your face you can justifiably beat the shit out of them. I'm sure that argument would work fantastically when you are pleading self defense in front of a jury on assault and battery charges...

The Kings are up 3-0. The case is in court as I suspected it would be. By the time the next legislative session roles around this poutrage will be pretty much gone. Corey Schnieder > Roberta Luongo.

You seriously can't come up with any scenario? I can quite easily invent a dozen scenarios backing either party, not having been there or knowing what happened, but having done things like watch tv. Go on, give it a try - you can do it. If you are really, truly unable, I'll help you out and create an exaggerated scenario culminating in Martin reasonably striking first.
