His record there is very poor, FAR worse that Walkers. I would argue that his and his parties policies and actions are contributing. Buy Seasons chose to move out, couldnt get Kohls, Park East still vacant other than a gov't subsudized building there. If you want to point to jobs and the economy as a metric, and try to make a case that Barrett would be the solution, good luck.

So you blame Wisconsin's worst-in-the-country job numbers on public employees and the mayor of Milwaukee and then criticize the rest of us for not being able to analyze Walker's job record honestly.  Ok then.
