Posts: 367 June 26, 2012 1:25 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tyler Florence' s recipe for Watermelon Gazpacho (got to Food Network for recipe) is outstanding, especially as a hot weather main dish.... Puree tomatos, serrano chile & watermelon in your blender.... Add red wine vinegar and olive oil & pulse..... then add red onion, cucumber, dill, salt and pepper & puree until it's smooth.... ....store it in your frig until you're ready to eat and finally garnish with dill, crumbled feta cheese, and a few watermelon chunks & serve......AWESOME!

Manchego is sheeps milk, but I don't find it similar.

Posts: 2361 July 12, 2012 9:20 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I tried Ferran Adria's recipe three nights ago after returning from a vacation in Spain but made the grievous mistake of tweaking with the recipe before trying it verbatim. In specific, the recipe called for just three cloves of garlic and to blanch them several times. I opted for five cloves and skipped the blanching altogether. This was a bad chioce as it made the dish inedible. I attempted to correct for the problem two nights ago by adding in another cuke and three tomatoes. After letting the modified dish sit in the refrigerator, I came home last night after a hard training bike ride and tried the dish again. I devoured it instantaneously.
