I had not heard about this rule change until today (The Kelvin Sampson Rule?). I guess if it's too difficult to regulate a rule you just get rid of it. I'm pretty sure that Bo is not on Twitter, I doubt he's on Facebook, does he text? Is this rule change a disadvantage to Wisconsin or will he just delegate the unlimited social media stuff to a someone else?
