They have the pressures that all women have (be assertive, but not TOO assertive; be "one of the guys," but not TOO much one of the guys, etc.), plus the pressures all athletes have. However, I've heard Suzy speak on a number of occasions and - while I am sure she does good in bringing these issues to the fore - it is all about Suzy. Maybe that's true of all high-performing athletes, but I've heard a lot of high-powered, successful women in other fields who make their points without the me-me-me focus. I base most of my fashion taste on what doesn't itch. Gilda Radner
