My wife and I have been to approaching 100 games together at the Kohl Center, but I've never taken her on a Badger road trip. There is something about travelling with your team. There are people wearing red that you wouldn't even think about conversing with at home games due to the fact that everyone is wearing red, but anyone wearing Badger red on the road is immediately your friend. Enjoy Detroit everyone. I'm a bit jealous. Go Red!

We were on the upper level trying to make our way downstairs to where my sister was so we could wait for the players. As we moved in the opposite direction of the flow of traffic, I saw this sea of red shirts approaching chanting, "Michael Flowers, Michael Flowers...." When they spotted me in my #22 jersey, I literally got mobbed by a bunch of guys I'd never seen before. (I found out later it was the rowing team.) Talk about a rush! It just doesn't get any better than that. Hate I can't be in Detroit, but rest assured I'll be waiting in San Antonio. Kick Ass, Badgers!
