Scoobs (Scooby Snack crispy wings Recipe)
Whole wings (washed and dried, tips cut off - I straighten out the rest of the wing, and make a cut perpendicular in the skin to the wing joint. ...Or you can simply cut the wing at the joint to make smaller wing pieces).
Drizzle with olive oil
Season well with kosher flake salt and fresh ground black pepper on both sides
Coat liberally with panko bread crumbs on both sides
Place wings on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (smeared with olive oil)
Place in oven set at 400 degrees - bake until brown and crispy.
You can toss 'em with hot sauce or sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, garlic powder or all the above.
Stupid easy.
Enjoy!
