I'm aware of the subjective that I accept fact that in the past - in my lifetime - the gophers were better than the Badgers. However, it's now so overwhelmingly tilted the other way that it has become objectively true that the Badgers are better than the gophers. In this particular example, it's still in the subjective case - but well within the realm of defensible. As such, I have no problem with the head of the Wisconsin Football program expressing this confidence, much as I would support kill and the gophers saying the same about, say, New Hampshire.

Piper, I'll address the quote. I don't love it and don't hate it. I really don't care. The folks on the Michigan board didn't seem to give a crap. Not sure why it matters to you.
