If so, PC has too much class and integrity to look into the eyes of the kids at Pitt to tell them he's leaving after one year, with what that group has been through. Maybe I said because he raided our assistants, I am sure someone will search it in 3...2...1...

He might be a better program coach, but is he a better game coach? This frigging team needs a leader who can make key decisions in seconds and not leave himself open to second guessing...once again, I am saying that John Barleycorn affected BB in the six years he was here...fatter, puffier, still making bonehead calls and pissing off many assistants...remembering too that he used to say shit that pissed many off and we all forgot because we got some fortunate action with Russell, etc. Like Myles pic at top says, IN BA WE TRUST, always have. He is older, wiser and has the best interest of the program in full view. Sack, just apologize for being a noodnik and move on, this group is very forgiving. As for Chryst leaving those poor kids at Pitt high and dry, wah friggety wah. This is a business and the old school values are pretty much gone, it is all about money for the program, money for oneself, money for nothing and your brats are free! PC obviously has the roots, his wife loves it in Madtown, his kids. The cupboard is full, great QB's in the offing, RB's o' plenty, kids love him. So what is all the fuss? INBAITRUST Minnesota is Native-American for BAD AT FOOTBALL...

If he felt snubbed by Bielema getting the job, why would he stick around and be OC for however long it was that he was here. He could have left many times if his feelings were that hurt.

Usually, I'd agree with both your sentiments but I think it's understandable when you look at his and his wife's connection to Madison. I think if he got a raise to come to UW and Pitt matched it, he'd still want to come home.

I think if he got a raise to come to UW and Pitt matched it, he'd still want to come home. Within the context of what college football has become, who gives a fuck about unbecoming? It's dog eat dog, and if PC is comfortable with leaving Pitt I'm not going to care. On the other hand, I'm not sure he;s the best candidate, as opposed to guys like Strong and Narduzzi - not sure that some new blood would hurt? Every time he opens his mouth he lowers the sum total of human intelligence.
