Hey JP, why not just promote Canada, you spent all season telling us he is just as good as PC On a serious note, I apologize because I don't post here anymore but the irony of a possible PC hire was too delicious for me to ignore. Peace. Sack, I apologize if I have this wrong, but weren't you one of many that said he'd never coach here again?

He couldn't really know if PC was going to take the job so letting a guy go who just won 3 league titles had a lot of risk.FWIW, I think BB is a better "program" coach than PC so I'm not terribly excited about this trade off but I don't buy the whole "PC felt snubbed so he would never take the job" talk. If I wanted a job, didn't get it, but then it came available a few years later I would probably get over the hard feelings and take the job. Holding grudges only get you so far and the keys to a three time Big Ten title would get me over any of those grudges pretty quickly.

I think if he got a raise to come to UW and Pitt matched it, he'd still want to come home.
