Read the rest of the contract. He's pretty much guaranteed 4 years to have success with those buyouts, and if they can him, then he'll still get a boatload of cash. He's going to make about $20MM with this deal, even if he completely bombs down there. It also shows Arkansas is fully committed to him. It's an absolute paradox. The bacon must have been finished, thus disallowing the possibility of 'leftover'. And yet, were that impossibility to occur, surely it would be good. -LeviBooth
