I hope to be able to wrap or shop one of these years, scratching a check is the easy part....making the time to help these families is to be commended. Hooray to everyone who made it happen this weekend. Major Thanks goes out to Joe Hill and his wife, as well as TAW for giving an incredible amount of time and energy to make this thing work. There are probably some important folks who I am missing, and if so, thanks to you as well. Special Thanks goes to the Poole family for offering their establishment to have a home base for this event. Board members should keep this in mind when they are looking for a place to grab a beer or sandwich on the east side of Madison - good people and friends of the 'Ville. In light of all that's happened in the past week, it is nice to reflect on the human spirit and see how a bunch of strangers can come together and make even a little bit of difference in this crazy world. Kind of pushes things like coaching searches way down the totem pole of things we should actually be concerned with. Great job folks !!!
