Nicholas, what do you mean?  Chmura was charged and went to trial.  Favor Hamilton may or may not be charged with anything.  Potentiall-nasty things in a hot tub with under age girls > sexual things with consenting adults.

Neither are good, but I guess I'd rather explain to my kid how I made a bad decision and got drunk at a high school party but never did anything illegal as shown by the not guilty result of my court trial then try and explain how I was a high priced hooker travelling around the country for weeks or months at a time during your precious growing up years and that daddy knew and was ok with it.   ( and irregardless of what happened with 89, and i'm sure it was terrible, and it is disgusting, he was found not guilty so he can tell that to his kids)

Ridiculous. God help me for sounding like I'm defending Chmura but comparing his hot tub incident with SFH's escapades is a bad analogy.  It would be more appropriate if the internet were big in the early 90's and to compare Chmura's well-known escapades in throughout the Milwaukee and Green Bay.  Anyway, the hot tub incident is not even close to what SFH did.  Chmura is an idiot but the fact of the matter is that whatever happened occurred as a momentary deviation from a somewhat normal situation.  He was at a neighbor's house.  He should have left but ended up staying and partying with kids.  Dumb.  And here's the real difference, at least Chmura has some measure of deniability regarding the most heinous of accusations that he faced.  And, oh yeah, a jury ended up agreeing with him that there was insufficient evidence to support the allegations.  On his best day, at least Chmura could say that the allegations were false, that he made a mistake for drinking with HS kids and he should have left and that getting out of control at a HS party was a 1 time thing and it will never happen again.  I'm willing to bet that family members are willing to buy his best day argument too.  And there is another difference too. Aren't Chmura's kids boys?  If we're talking about high schoolers being cruel what are they going to say?  "Haha, your dad got a blow job from a hot high school chick!"  

Compare that with SFH.  What's her best day?  That she only fucked 35 guys for money?  (note: I'm using the term "fuck" to include all of the aforementioned acronyms in this thread).  That she was the one that set out to find those 35 guys by taking sexy photos, posting them on the internet, and finding an agency that would "promote" her so that guys could find her?  That on multiple occasions she would make travel reservations, drive to the airport, spend several hours traveling to Las Vegas or Chicago or other destinations so Mr. Hamilton's wife could be put on display and she and a stranger could act out sexual fantasies?  Those are just the broad strokes that we know about at this time.  

And I get the whole "consenting adults" angle.  But doesn't that actually make it worse?  Chmura did something stupid and didn't put a lot of thought into it.  SFH consented to something after putting a lot of thought and energy into it . . . she had multiple opportunities to step back and say "whoa, this is really messed up" but she didn't.  The whole "consenting adults" angle fails with SFH because she left 2 extremely huge victims in her wake: her husband and her daughter.  Neither of them consented to this.  To say the SFH situation is less damning than Chmura's situation is laughable.  

Now I have to go home and shower after "defending" Chmura.  Ick.
