Both teams are coming off exams. UWM is in a terrible slump. Was told that practice this week started at the level of "this is a basketball." Early in the year Milwaukee was hitting shots, especially from the guards and wings. Almost beat South Carolina that way and did beat Davidson. Since then opposing coaches have doubled the new point guard consistently and it has really disrupted the offense. He's talented, but he's about 5'9, 160, and he's not a natural floor leader from what I have seen. Last year UWM had big guards in Williams and Allen, and a sniper forward in Tony Meier, and that allowed them to play pretty tough against the high D1 programs they met. They are getting killed on the boards this year in most games.
