How experienced was that SDSU offense? What kind of talent did he have to work with? From my humble observation of their bowl game, it didn't look like he had much of an OL. OTOH, when he had good talent at Utah, Ludwig beat his opponents like a drum.I'm a big believer that great talent makes decent coaches look really good. Let's see what he can do with better, perhaps more experienced talent here in Madison. I don't think he'll be much of a drop-off from Canada. I'd guess the key (again) will be how well the OL adjusts to their new OL coach. Has Ludwig ever crossed paths with T.J. Woods ?

I guess it's wait and see, like everything else.In fairness, SDSU's starting QB was hurt midseason and missed the rest of the year leaving them pretty one dimensional. And this wasn't the best matchup for SDSU either. BYU wasn't very good this year, but their front 7 is actually pretty legit, so it doesn't surprise me at all that the Aztecs couldn't move the ball against them.
