Jake, you are the ONLY person on this board that would support saying OB and I are alike. There is no question every liberal on this board thinks you are a dumbass liberal version of Yanked. The only difference, of course, I'm being an obnoxious prick while you are mostly irrelevant. This is a way liberal hysterical group and I may just outpoll you amongst liberals. My approval rating is 12....yours 1. How did I get to vote 12 times? I'm not telling...

In the end, voters deep down see these people for who they are. Its not attacking or swift boating...just emphasizing deep flaws in character. Thats why its so damn dangerous.
Yanked, people don't see politicians for who they are, they see them for who they think the politicians are. Sometimes those are one in the same, sometimes not.
Some people are like slinkies -- they're not good for much, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

45 minutes of watching the Messiah fumble around for an answer to simple questions was worth the price of admission. Why would you want policy questions when he blew it by saying "I won't raise taxes on people making over $200,000 but I will raise the capital gains and payroll taxes". Does he even understand how it works? He's raising taxes on people making less than his promised amount of $200,000. He's either clueless or pandering (I vote pandering/lying). In addition to his elitism, he has no policy understanding at all. Can't they zap him when he gets away from the "hope and change" message? Everytime he strays from talking points he sounds like a bumbling fool....ahh, ummm, ahhhhhh, duhhhhhh, ummmm. When he controls the conversation he's good, otherwise, not so good. You know Whirls, this isn't affirmative action....he's got to go through the grinder just like all the others. Its early, but his candidacy looks like it'd be a total joke. I did think his Annie Oakley comment was funny though, he should stay away from incorrectly judging rural white people and just try to be funny. If he wants to win he needs to be vague and stick to hope and change. That way, he can say nothing and people can take from it whatever makes them feel good. That's when things go best for him....

No I can't believe the joy these little emoticons bring me, is that wrong? "was" implies past tense. I'm thinking you should have used "is" which means no luck on your bet. You could hire a hit man, that may silence me Bush would say that I'm using self defecating humor (tell me if you laughed at that one, I doubt it, but I had to try)! OK,
