State pulled the plug on the construction company following delays and safety concerns. http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/local/285081 Ogg West looks like it had the top half of it blown off, and has been that way for about 6 weeks. It's not a pretty site, and will have to be disposed of by someone if they want that ped walkway. They can't get former residents to chip in to help bring it down- I think you could save serious cost if you offered that gig to some! ********** Choose life. Not coincidentally, Ogg was also the site of my first alcohol-induced simultaneous vomit/shit experience. Nasty business.

We put our speaker to our window on the fifth floor of Witte B (directly facing Ogg, as well as the Lake Street sidewalk all the women walked on to and from aerobics at the SERF, that was awesome!) and hooked up our microphone to say things like: "I'm not kidding, Ogg really sucks." We that we were the funniest people on the even side of the fifth floor of Witte B - that's how funny we were. Anyway, Ogg sucks.

It wasn't. 2) Because 18 year olds could drink beer, Gordos sold beer but would pop the top of the can, presumably to avoid kids carrying beer back to the dorm. We quickly figured out that an Air Force parka and bib overalls was good for lifting a 12 pack of unopened cans, plus saving on food tickets. TAW is right.
