I wonder if he has had a relapse in his rehab, or if they just felt he was expendable with Jordy Nelson on the squad.

From what I hear, he has significant knee problems.

Best of luck to Robinson. I thought that Favre was spot on when he criticized the NFL from barring Robinson from team premises while serving his suspension,
and thus keeping him away from a routine/group of people that cared about his well being.
As for the move itself, you had to believe that someone was on their way out after Jordy was drafted and Robinson was probably the most expendible. 1) If having a man-crush on Russell Branyan is wrong, then I don't wanna be right.

Agree Totenkopf...there was an article after Jordy was taken talking about how Koren's knees gave him problems all year and he basically has no cartilage
left. I think Jordy Nelson brings more to the table in all facets minus experience, if he is able to contribute like the rookie receivers the last 2 years
we'll be better off. In Ted we Trust.

Not to mention, good for the Pack for releasing him early to give him options.

Thanks for the service, K-Rob. Here's hoping he can stay on the wagon without the dangling carrot of an NFL paycheck in front of him

wagon or not he proved last year that he can't play. A non factor at WR and tentative return guy.
Let's hope he can stay sober |

He was released as a favor, giving him more time to catch on with another team - it was a completely amicable parting. He wasn't going to make this team as
anything better than a #5 WR anyway.

Bottom line -- If you're an alcoholic with a bad knee, you need to be more of a playmaker for teams to keep you around.

Arthritic knees, and they wanted to give him a chance to get with someone else. Didn't hurt that we needed a roster spot either. BTW-who is Homer??
